Boys basketball 2013 This event is organised by Debbie O’Neill and Richie Doran Colaiste Eoin, Dublin. It is held every year in the National Basketball Arene, Tallaght, Dublin in March. Girls Cup and Shield is held on the same day with Boys taking place on a separate day. Schools from all over the country are invited to attend. It is run using a league format and top teams play in the semi finals and finals. This ensure that every team gets plenty of games. Medals are given to all participants and MVPs in each category. This event starts are 10.30am and is usually over by 2.30pm/3.00pm.
